Restoration of this landmark building’s façade had to be perfectly illuminated. Layers of light adorn the brick and limestone façade with uplights highlighting the columns and drawing the eye upward. Crowning the exterior is the beautifully ornate terra cotta cornice, accented with linear details allowing spectators to appreciate its intricate craftsmanship. Tenants of the renovated commercial and retail spaces can ascend to the newly created rooftop terrace to take in panoramic views of the city.
