Reviving a historic landmark building in the heart of downtown, this boutique hotel’s design surveys the buildings history. The lighting relies heavily on decorative fixtures in the impeccably preserved Industrial Revolution era marble and bronze lobby, extends to accent shelf lighting in the Jazz era reception areas and bar, and finishes with contemporary vanity and recessed lighting in the 1980’s Tech era inspired guest suites. Together with intuitive and energy saving controls, this hotel offers a curated experience, influenced by the past and enjoyed in the present.
